TERA-Rising offer on ClixSense wall

I completed this offer yesterday but still haven't got my ClixCents. Submitted a ticket with ClixSense but it's not on their end apparently. Has anyone else completed this offer successfully? If so, what exactly did you do to have your ClixCents awarded?
