Either something is wrong with Peanut Labs, or it must be in a good mood today, because it let me complete 3 surveys in 30 minutes.
The last survey I did there had a flaw which caused me to falsify my answer in order to continue. It asked me which financial products would I consider using branchless banking for. (here’s a screenshot) But it told me I had to “select atleast one for each row” [sic] after clicking on the next button to continue, even though I did exactly that.
Modifying my answers several times didn’t work, and neither did refreshing the page. I then figured out that clicking on the check box reset the answers, but I still couldn’t continue after choosing the radio buttons again.
So I ended up having to leave the radio buttons alone and say I would never consider branchless banking in order to continue, which is a lie because I currently do all my banking at branchless institutions. What I selected in that screenshot were my true answers.
Wouldn’t be surprised if that client gets 100% of respondents saying they’d never consider branchless banking because of this.![:lol:]( "Laughing")
