YourSurvey blocked me just after registration

So, i'm making my survey profile and registered in YourSurveys. Then just after that I get the following message:



"Account Issue

Unfortunately you are currently blocked from completing surveys."



I was wondering if anyone else had the same problem, as I have several surveys in my account and want to get some done.
