Completed this offer yesterday. It was pretty much just completing the recommended quests which is mostly upgrading/building things and you're done. Only thing is that some of the upgrades has a timer - I think the level 5 stronghold takes 1+ hour. Otherwise it's a breeze, and no grinding involved. Definitely takes less effort than the other offers of this type that I came across so far.
