completed an offer but not showing in my account s

Hello, I have completed an offer but it is NOT showing in my account summary though post taking the survey it said i have completed the survey successfully. it was most likely from surveymonkey.. on alcoholic drink. The caption was celebrating life .
I am surprised and have no clue why so.

pls credit the money in my account.
