Change your surveys address

Hi All,

I have changed my location and now when every i try to attempt your surveys router it says account blocked and when last time i opened ticket with there support , they say to change the address but i don't see any option to change it, i have changed the same in the survey preferences when it was activated last time but it is of no use.

Can any one who faced the same issue and able to change there address please guide me how to do it.
