opinion world survey router

if no survey available for this moment, normally, will receive message : We're Sorry! Unfortunately, there are no surveys available right now............
this is just for yoursurveys and cint router. my opinionworld router is error. i click opinionworld router ( survey available or not ), no any message appears in my screen. loading is stuck, because very long. what should i do? i already reset my modem, still error. only opinionworld router......
