I have completed the iOS App of the Day offer from Adscend, but I wasn't credited for it.
The CS wrote a complete list of reaons why I cannot be credited. The list is pasted for your reference:

You attempted to complete the offer more than once.
Your IP address has already completed this offer.
You submitted invalid information on the offer path.
You are not located in the country the offer is targeting.
You are not located in the city the offer is targeting.
You were using a proxy at the time of completion.
You left the offer landing page, and visited it later from a different IP address; or otherwise took an action which diverted you from the required tracking link to properly credit the action.
Your IP address changed since the time you first clicked on the offer.
The machine you were using or operating system you were using at the time you visited the offer landing page is not acceptable as per the offer terms.
You do not meet the required targeted demographic as per the offer terms (some offers only accept certain target users per the offer terms).
Please keep these factors in mind when you are completing offers in the future, so that there are no conflicts with receiving credits where valid.
