tokens ads videos not crediting

I'm using the latest version of internet explorer (ive checked several times) and its saying my browser is outdated and for this reason token ads have suddenly stopped crediting me (my assumption) just watched 5 videos that in the past have always credited me and now they don't but they disappear like they've been watched still.

anyone else having these issues?



using chrome and still have the same crediting issue
