Pending surveys that have cleared

After a survey, that has been pending, has cleared how long does it show in your balance?

I mainly fail these surveys because I'm UK and self-employed. But, I have one which was pending for a month. Cleared yesterday and ready for payment. Surely, if the survey company have spent a month approving it, it should go through automatically.

Do survey payments that have cleared follow the same system as the new payout? Meaning, we wait a week to get money.
