non paid Personaylly surveys

A few hours ago, I've done a Personnally survey that is still not credited.

I've just done an other one about a few minutes ago that is still not credited.

For the second, it is normal to not be credited yet as Personnally takes usually 15 or 30 minutes to credit.

But, I am really worried for the first one.
