Amounts are not added in my account

I have completed one survey scnt Approx 0.65 $ on today but amount is not add in my account balance. Same problem is also doing one day before today I think Approx o.45$ surveys is completed bu amount is not added in my account . Pls solve the problem and provide me my prevoius amount in my account.
