SURVEY ROUTER - TOLUNA

Hi all,

I got this profile page for Toluna survey and when I completed the profile page and clicked submit, I get the following error message: "Postal code contains invalid characters or format for your Country."

I wonder why this is so as we do not really make use of the Postal code/Zip code. What I filled was the correct format, why was it being rejected?
