Tulana Surveys Issue

Today i completed a survey but it's show message
We are sorry our survey reached maximum Numbers.
and not pay me for survey
if survey reached to maximum no. then why give me chance to attended survey and why it stop at the time that it reach
maximum no. why show message after completed the survey its cheat to me take the survey in free.

please pay me for my completed survey.
