This is driving me nuts. Why is it that almost every topic posted here is about Surveys?? And they are mainly about them not crediting or completing. I come into the forum and see an intriguing title only to find it is someone else complaining about, wait for it, SURVEYS. Gah!! Moderators what can be done about this?
If surveys are not crediting or malfunctioning the user needs to send support tickets to either the helpdesk here or to the offerwall where they attempted them from. Why is this so hard for so many people here to figure out?
I have myself had issues with certain offerwalls and the Matomy video player and always looked for EXISTING topics and posted to them to keep clutter to a minimum. And I only came here to the forum after not getting resolution from the help desk or the offerwalls.
