survey not crediting

I just did the survey from sampelicious/datacollector and it has not credited. I ussually do not post about this because I find it will be credited soon. But as I was not being forwarded to the congratulations page but to another english survey of the same kind, I'm a little worried it will not be credited. This is why I post it here on the forum to tell people to be aware of this problem and maybe support can do something about it so it will be credited.
