Samplicious survey completed, but not credited

I have completed Samplicious survey, but not credited. On completion screen they said , survey completed and asked to exit . very next screen declared I have been screened out. This is not first time They have not paid ,but this way I have wasted more than 5 hours in last six months but never got paid. I have taken about 35 minutes to complete it but amount of $1.40 still not credited. Please advise.
