personaly offers not working

Hi everybody

every time i try to open Offers persona.ly offers i received this message
"We have detected an attempt to complete an offer more than 1 time/suspicious behavior on your behalf, in violation to our terms and conditions - Error Code 300.

We apologize for the inconvenience,
Persona.ly"

Please guide me how i can complete these offer and why this message is coming.
