I already contacted them about it and they will not respond. The task in my offer history says I "VIEWED" the task, but did not successfully complete it, and it had perfectly clear instructions:
1.Confirm a valid email.
2.Offer reports on a 15-minute delay.
It took around ten or so minutes, and the offer was signing up for free samples with Lifescript. I went through the whole repetitive process until I reached the end and it said I had finished and everything was okay. I checked my email, and there was nothing about confirming anything; just a welcome email from Lifescript. I figured that was it. What else did they expect me to do? The email was valid as I checked the message from Lifescript, but it had nothing pertaining to any "confirmation" so I'm not sure at all what the offer wanted me to confirm and from what exactly. Anyways, it's been several days now and I haven't been credited. This is completely wrong and I would expect at least a response telling me what I did wrong, even in the event that I did do something wrong, which I can't see what as the whole process was straightforward and I just followed along with the Lifescript offer as was expected. I did what needed to be done to sign-up with Lifescript: I gave all valid info, name, etc.; I went through the whole process; I made sure I got to the end of the offer; I checked my email and that's that.
What do I do? Never bother with Matomy again? After all, couldn't I just not get paid for completing another offer that is claimed to be wrong for some unimplied reason? Makes me not want to bother with any of these offers if I'm going to spend time doing exactly as instructed to be denied.
