I cannot get the task how to solve it!!!

I got some task daily ..but if i click and enter any choice question then submit means it will shows.. we are sorry for inconvinence.. you are not elligible for this survey ... daily i can get the same error.. how to i solve it .. please clarify my doubts frends !!!
