Yesterday I sent matomy a few tickets for some clixcents I didn't receive after I completed some offers. Later that day when i checked to see the status of some offers, I had this message:
Dear user,
The Support Team has detected recurring suspicious behavior on your behalf, therefore you will be blocked from submitting any further support inquiries.
The Matomy Support Team.
I have no idea why, or what my suspicious behaviour might be. I can't contact them.
For the tickets I sent them, I sent proofs that I completed the offers (screen capture).
Have you ever had that problem? will I be blocked for ever?
I also sent 2 tickets to supersonicads and all went ok with them.
