Toluna surveys - a scam?

Hello,

I've just attempted to complete a Toluna survey, and once more, after answering a few questions, a message appeared saying that the total number of participants was reached (the survey had been available for 33 minutes this time).

I find it strange that whenever I try to complete a Toluna survey I am allowed to answer several questions and then they say the total number of participants has been reached...! It's too much coincidence.... And this time the survey had been launched 33 minutes ago, only...

Very, very strange.... (=suspicious!).

I'll not try again and loose minutes of my time for free...
