Noted a couple days ago the videos that populate into the front page Matomy player at server reset (12AM EST) have stopped crediting for the most part.
These videos are for major advertisers like Huggies, AMC and Sprint. The first one I get in the player that will load and play I will get the green light. However, the many that come after refuse to credit now. No idea why.
Well I went to the Matomy offerwall to contact Matomy Support and this is what I get....

So this means at least I have no way of reporting issues with videos not crediting. This is also giving Matomy license to IGNORE issues with a majority of its offers as they don't specify what they consider 'High Rewarding".
Come on Clixsense what's up with this type of nonsense?? This is akin to what is happening on the SuperRewards wall and the refusal by them to fix the videos. Honestly, this plain sucks.
