surveys not working correctly

I have had 2 surveys in as many days that I have spent 20 or more minutes on each one only to have it say that it was in the wrong mode, test, or just go out because it timed out. I took less than the required amount of time to do each survey and I do not believe it is fair to NOT be credited for them when I did them. I f the surveys are not going to pay out after they are completed then they need to be removed.

Has anyone else had trouble?
