SuperRewards Videos (& other offers)

SuperRewards Videos used to credit with no problem. But starting a couple days ago, after I completely watch their videos, they never credit. I haven't changed any of my settings, etc. I also have had 48 cents in SuperRewards "pending" for a very long time. I've contacted their Support page, and they don't help at all.

Anybody?
