It is fully understandable that ClixSense ask us to contact the support of the offer provider if we have a problem with an offer but what happens if that support does not respond.
I complete the RadioLoyalty offer as often as I can, not just as a member of ClixSense but as a direct member of RadioLoyalty too.
Recently, there has been various issues including no captcha coming up, captcha disappearing as you type the answer, webpage redirecting to a scam flash player/java update - all of these stop you completing the offer.
I have written many support tickets to RadioLoyalty, none have been answered.
Additionally, I qualified for a $25 visa card through my direct membership and after 8 weeks it has not arrived.
So what is the next step?
Possibly sending support requests to ClixSense admin, but I feel they would receive many requests that would be quite time consuming and their time could be used for better reasons...
or... Can I suggest that members list their issues with RadioLoyalty below and then admin can monitor the topic and then raise one 'big' complaint with RadioLoyalty on our behalf?
